Although their seemed to be much protein included, the absence of moon pies, pork rinds, and Mountain Dew was evident. And the kit is heavy! It took at least 14 trips for my pregnant wife to carry all of it to our hand dug basement as if she were a mule from Uzbekistan. She is strong like Ox!
