Instant stream is super convenient, I can stream on my pc or laptop or PS3, but the selection is kinda weak. I have a bunch of stuff I want to watch in my dvd queue , so I'll probably do dvd mailing stuff then switch when my list is depleted.

Probably switch to instant. I've gone over my records, and for a while I've only been renting 2 or 3 DVDs per month. But it's really nice to have that selection of stuff that's not available on Instant.
My girlfriend might get a DVD-only account, so we can split the cost.
HEY, now that's thinking with your head! Although my girlfriend would probably be a jerk and rent a bunch of stuff that she wants to watch instead of only stuff that I, the important one, want to watch.

Definitely going with streaming. I don't utilize the mail service nearly enough. It's some kind of psychological break. I don't want to have to wait to watch a movie for a whole ****ing day!
I'm gonna try and have all of Breaking Bad sent to me before this goes into effect though.
