Hey you know wanna know what's worse than Twilight? "Comedy" movies spoofing Twilight.

20th Century Fox has unveiled the trailer for "Vampires Suck," which is a spoof of the vampire genre, but is really all about "Twilight." It is written and directed by Jason Friedberg and Aaron Seltzer, the duo behind such nonsense as "Date Movie," "Epic Movie" and "Disaster Movie."

WHY?


WHY?

I would post the trailer, but you'd all probably die of stupid. Needless to say it contains references to Lady Gaga, Jersey Shore, and people doing hilarious stuff like falling down and getting hit on the head. I thought they would be done with these stupid movies. I should have known better.

I would rather there be a million more Twilight films than one more of these god awful... whatever the hell you call them.

I at least get why Twilight appeals to some people. Sure, high school, vampires, romance, blah blah, why not. I get it. It's easy enough to ignore (most of the time) and it's not hurting anybody so I don't care. But these "Insert Whatever Stupid Thing Here Movie" movies are just insultingly bad. And the most insulting part is that THEY KEEP FUCKING GETTING MADE. I just imagine the people that make them going "We know, oh we know that comparing these movies to dog shit is an insult to dog shit, but we're gonna keep making them so fuck you. WATCH AS WE VIOLENTLY RAPE THE VERY CONCEPTS OF HUMOR AND ENTERTAINMENT FOR OUR SICK PLEASURE."

I never laugh at those crap films anyway, I guess it stems from Leslie Neilson in Airplane and Police squad, but these films fall flat because they lack any personality, the humor is garbage and the fact these movies get made makes me hate hollywood.

I don't like Leslie Neilsen, he gets on my nerves, but Airplane is one of my favorite movies. WHAT IS UP WITH THAT?

Ugh. It's not middle school kids seeing this crap. One of my friends is trying to talk me into seeing it. I'm all like "But you LIKE the movies they are making fun of." and she's all like "So? I want to see the spoof!" and I'm like "KILL IT WITH FIRE!"

Liking a movie isn't a bad reason to see a spoof of the movie. Not at all, in fact. Most people enjoy parodies of things they like. Provided, of course, that the parodies are actually funny.

You would have been far more effective just telling her that the spoof will be horrible and possibly give her eyeballs AIDS.

Speaking of which

How much do you want to bet that "3D Movie" is coming out next summer?

Also, calling this film "Vampires Suck" instead of "Vampire Movie" is probably going to confuse a significant portion of their audience.
