Every year I find myself more and more emotionally invested. I don't ever want to be a guy whose day is wrecked when his team loses, I do get frustrated watching especially late in the game but I get over it a few minutes after a game's conclusion.
I enjoy watching other teams play deep in the playoffs, I wouldn't say more, but in a different way, cause I can watch without especially caring about the outcome and just enjoy the sport for what it is.

Im not too worried, everyone but Kobe was pretty lame and it still was close until the end of the 4th. The rest will help bynum, pau most likely wont crap out again. I expect a pretty easy game 6 win but 7 could go either way.

Heh, this season for Hockey, I found myself emotionally involved. When the Sabres were knocked out of the playoffs, it really bothered me for a couple of days. I was super pissed to realize I'd become a true sports fan.
I wish this board had more basketball fans so I could nerd it up during the offseason. Wingspan, potential, side-kick, jump out the gym, locker room cancer, learning curve, in the gym range, work ethic, attitude problems, upside those would be some of the words/phrase I could use.
