Speaking of minor characters from It's Always Sunny showing up on other shows, one of the McPoyle's was on the episode of Breaking Bad I just watched. He played a crazy trucker guy.

In the latest season, it becomes abundantly clear that she's just incredibly immature, and that's the root of her horribleness.

They make this more obvious than they usually do when she's talking to her daughter's therapist, and basically signs up for sessions with her, rather than following her advice and seeing a therapist who specializes in treating adults.

She seems to be smart enough that she KNOWS she isn't an adult, emotionally, which just makes it worse.
