I saw some movie made in 2002 called I Am Dina. It was pretty messed up. She killed everything that she loved because she had a strange obsession with death. That's not giving anything away - she says that throughout the whole movie and it starts out with the first death she caused.

Yeah I know these are all-time classics that most people will have already seen years ago, but I'm not a big movie buff. They impressed me a lot though.
