You know what sucks about Michael Jackson being dead? It's IMPOSSIBLE to listen to his music without getting that stupid MTV/VHI retrospective feeling of "THIS ONE'S FOR YOU, MJ. YOU'LL BE MISSED" I was going to play Bad at work the other day, because I felt like listening to it, not because I wanted to pay my respects to Michael Jackson, and then it occurred to me, "NO. YOU CAN'T PLAY THAT NOW. Somewhere some radio station is playing this as a tribute to him, and somebody will come in and start talking about Michael Jackson, AND I JUST CAN'T HAVE THAT" I can't even bring myself to listen to the Jackson 5 in private, and I love the Jackson 5.
