No Billy West, no John DiMaggio, no Katy Sagal, no Phil LaMar
It's like I'm dining at Fox Restaurant, and they serve me a delicious steak, but then take it away before I'm done eating it. It was the best steak ever, so I wait for hours and hours as they hem and haw and dither and say they'll maybe bring my steak back, but maybe they won't. Finally, they say "good news, John! We're bringing your steak back right now!" I sit there excitedly, and the waiter comes back with the plate on which my steak once rested. I can barely contain myself, because the steak was so delicious.
Then, the waiter puts the plate down, and there is no steak! Instead, there's a shit sandwich.
Obviously, an entertainment blog isn't the most reliable source, but it's reporting that Fox has put out casting calls for the voices of all the main characters.
Why else would they put out that casting call if the actors weren't coming back?
This isn't like the first half season of a show that never took off, and switching around voices! YOU CAN'T JUST REMOVE BILLY WEST WHO VOICES LIKE THREE MAIN CHARACTERS. THE PROFESSOR'S VOICE IS GOING TO BE DIFFERENT? NO. I DEMAND THIS BE TAKEN OFF THE AIR. LET US BE DONE WITH IT! THIS IS A TRAVESTY UP WITH WHICH WE SHALL NO LONGER PUT.
WHAT? ALL OF THE ACTORS? THAT IS THE STUPIDEST THING THAT I'VE EVER HEARD IN MY LIFE.
I could live with it if they replaced one or two of the less important actors on the show, BUT YOU CAN'T RECAST AN ENTIRE SHOW, THAT IS TOTALLY RETARDED.

I mean, even replacing one main actor, if they sound enough like the original, might not ruin it.
But in this show, there was chemistry between all the actors that you really don't see in any other animated show or movie.
Replacing all of them with cheap stand-ins will seriously detract from the overall quality. Even if the writing is just as good, and the new actors are competent in their own right, the different voices will be distracting.
