Pixar has been largely insulated from Disney's propensity for countless unnecessary sequels, and has, for the most part, focused on telling original stories in each movie, all of them featuring unique premises and characters.

No more, it seems.

Cars sucked. It was so bad I forgot it was Pixar. Unfortunately it's still one of my nephew's favorites and he watches it like every time I see him.

HE ALSO LIKES SPIDERMAN THOUGH. So he's cool.

I never saw Cars, or A Bug's Life.

Those are the only 2 Pixar movies I haven't seen.

I've liked all the ones I have seen, though. The Incredibles and Ratatouille are some of my favorite movies.

I watched that movie every ****ing day for a month when I was living with my sister.

IT RUINED IT FOR ME. Why do kids do that? My parents said I did it with Home Alone and Batman a lot.

Basic Disney Story:

Dead mother or evil step mother (Nemo had a dead mother)

Dead mother and/or evil step mother cause a problem (Nemo's father is overprotective because of how Nemo's mother died)

The main character meets a band of cute side kicks that help he or she along! (That stupid fish played by Ellen)

And they live happily ever after with a lesson learned!

Most Pixar movies have pretty simple, familiar storylines. That doesn't mean that they're not good, entertaining movies.

I never said they weren't good - just that they didn't have spectacularly original story lines.

 

Though ants and cars kind of sucked. And I still think finding nemo was overrated.
