mmm i worked at caribou coffee and we made cold press. we just left coffee grinds in hot water overnight then strained it in the morning. freakin amazing. very similar to french press, when you looked at it in the morning you could see all the oils accumulated on top. jebus.

My roommate that I used to whine about had a french press that I would use whenever he was gone. That was his only redeemable quality in life.

But yeah, tea is more of my staple drink, but I'm tempted by coffee every so often, esp in the mornings.
