I listen to it all the time at work. I've created a few genre stations, and it rarely gives me stuff I don't like. I've discovered quite a few really good artists with it.

it's pretty good stuff. however, i don't like the "you can't skip more than x number of songs in an hour" restriction

it's per radio station. Create more than one station and switch between them once you can't skip anymore.

I go through a few weeks/months really getting into Pandora, then I get tired of the same songs they keep giving me. I then go back to my music collection for a few weeks/months. Repeat.
