I've found that the DS game Puzzle Quest knocks me out cold at night. A book or something will put me to sleep in the daytime but they tend to keep me up at night. Invest in a DS and the Puzzle Quest game and you'll be out cold. It's a fun game - it just knocks me out after a few minutes.

puzzle quest in bed before sleep is my exact routine. this is creepy.
