That was very entertaining.

We're doing dinner out with gift cards we got for Christmas and a movie.

I'm planning on breakfast in bed and making a "strawberry dream cake" as surprises.

We were suppose to go to Lake Elsinore with a friend who has a friend that lives there.
But the friend just got back with his gf (they broke up for a few days) and he might bail on us.

 One of my best friends just moved up to Lake Elsinore. Are you talking about the Lake Elsinore in Southern California or is there another one?

Just get her some chocolate.  It's cheaper than roses, and if she laughs you can just take it back and eat it yourself.  Win-win.

It is pretty boring up there, my friend keeps bugging me to drive up there and hang with her when she's bored, but it's far.
