I mean, I care about a person's religious beliefs. I won't vote for someone who is overtly religious, who chooses to mention it in most speeches and who chooses to give an anti-gay bigot a chance to pray at his inauguration.

the former governor of my state said it best: "organized religion is a sham and a crutch for weak-minded people who need strength in numbers"

however, he neglected to mention that it also destroyed america's democratic elections
