It seems that it would cost several million dollars per year to keep this thing fueled, crewed, and supplied.

I figure we can hire the crew of an old Russian submarine. We can pay them in cheap vodka. That will cut down our overheads right there.

Alternatively, we could serve as the crew. I call captain.
