that's the thing: prices will continue to fall until an equilibrium is achieved between output unleaded gasoline and the market's current demand. since the current demand (of gasoline and of vehicles) reflects an attitude of obsession over fuel conservation (that won't be forgotten once prices reach their minimum), we shouldn't see prices back up to where they were this summer for some time
