I order a small and I still can't finish it. It's just way way WAY too rich. I prefer soft serve anyway.

It's definitely very rich, but that's what ice cream is supposed to be like.

I see your point though, and I wouldn't be able to eat more than once a month or so.

The one good ice cream place I know out here is about the same price as cold stone and it isn't as good.

 My favorite. Someone at work got me a cold stone ice cream cake (BD's tomorrow) and it sucked. I ate a piece to be nice but the cake part was bland and awful and the ice cream part was overpowering.

There are quite a few good gelato places out here.

It's awesome. It's like ice cream, but better.

I've found a few places out here that make fresh gelato every morning. It's so good. I've even figured out a good way to make fruit gelato at home (in about five minutes).
