No, but theres little reason to believe that it didn't happen. Like most conspiracy theories, it excludes most of the evidence, and points out small irregularities as if they all added up to a sum total " AHA THE GOVERNMENT FAKED IT "

The moon landing hoax conspiracy theorists are, I think, motivated by a hatred of human accomplishment.
