why would you go on the patch? i mean whats the benefit. i wouldnt like the marks it would leave. if you are good at remembering to take a pill everyday then i dont see whats wrong with the good ole pill. some of my friends got bored of the pill and got the implant for funsies. it works fine for most people, but one of my friends had like a 6 month continuous period and another had a horriffic bruise where it went in for weeks but has so far just had the one period. i stopped taking the pill to give my body a break. being fertile is fun

I've had problems with the pill in the past and thought the patch might be better. After researching it a little, though, I don't think it will be. I guess I'll just have to stick with condoms.

I thought you had to have had a kid in order to get the implant thing?

I do.
I take it at 9. It's usually the first pill of the month and if I don't eat a lot that night.
It would wake me up and I'd have to go throw up.
