I don't say Nozick or Rothbard or whoever claimed Anarchy was good because you can kill people.

His book is called "Anarchy, State, and Utopia" in which he considers the necessity of government. He rejects anarchy by arguing that nation-states are inevitable, but then argues that anything beyond a minimalist state is necessarily immoral. Nozick is remembered for providing the foundation for philosophical libertarianism. You'd probably like his book.
