The same reason I don't care if someone smokes weed everyday ( Hey hey hey ). It's a personal choice.
Also, if a person is acting morally (acting to save his own life or the lives of innocent people from an aggressor), and is rationally aware of this fact, it could be argued that the experience of torturing someone, while horribly unpleasant, might not be psychologically traumatic.
Of course, if the person doing the torturing is unprincipled, and his actions are motivated by the expediency of the moment, the experience might traumatize them.
i read this, its about that guy in germany a couple years ago that wanted to be eaten. so it was all on video, including the guy's consent, murder, and being devoured
