Okay, maybe next week will be funnier. This was a slight improvement, still not up to par with Sunny standards. I said this about the beginning of last season, though, and now I love those episodes.
I was commenting before the show last week to some people that Frank and Charlie are the best characters, because they're actually characters. They're people you don't see every day. Few people are as stupid or bizarre as Charlie, or as disgusting and manipulative as Frank. However, Macs and Dennises and Dees are all around. Dennis has definitely been testing the line from terrible douche bag to sadistic psycho Ted Bundy kinda guy.
