Because I've been seeing them walking around outside in the middle of the day like it's nothing (it's usually girls in their college sweatshirts and hoodies). IT IS STILL LITERALLY 100 HUNDRED DEGREES OUTSIDE WHAT THE FUCK'S THE MATTER WITH YOU? It's like the most basic do/do not do that any 2 year old knows and understands. "Alright so what do we know not to do? Don't touch a hot stove, no running with scissors, don't drink cleaning products and wear a jacket when it is COLD, NOT WHEN IT IS SO HOT THAT IT'S PAINFUL TO BE OUTSIDE IN A T-SHIRT AND SHORTS.
