LOL, because I was talking to moris about how since tapatio got popular, no one uses tabasco anymore. And he told me only asian and hispanic families have tapatio. Then I asked him how many white families did he know, he replied, "I KNOW PLENTY."

oh i never liked tabasco to begin with. and i guess i kinda dislike tapatio for the same reason. too salty as opposed to flavory. i tend to be overly sensitive to salty things, but with cholula i can pour that **** on ALL THE LIVE LONG DAY. and do.

Frank's Red Hot is probably my favorite. It's not terribly spicy, but it's got a great flavor.

If I want a lot of spice, I usually go with Sriracha.

I use Sriracha. Not that I have any fancy recipes that I use it for, I just put it on everything. Whenever I'm in Tucson I like to get this.

If you ever make burgers, mix a little Sriracha in with the meat. Just a few teaspoons, not enough to make it spicy. It makes them so much better.
