I didn't know people add sugar to cereal until I saw some nanny show and the kid was adding sugar to Frosted Flakes, but that's just stupid of him.

every now and then i'm irregular. however, this cereal is delicious, tasty, and makes me quite flatulent. dietary fiber is kickass and has many health benefits. if anything, everyone should consume more fiber.
