I've never used Chrome, but the 4.0 beta of Safari is pretty nifty. Basically, it's faster and it's swiped the best features of its rival browsers. I've read that it still cannot beat Chrome's speed, however.
Chrome is really, really fast, and its interface is beautifully minimalist and streamlined, while still giving you easy access to the most important features.
After using it, even Firefox (which is still a very good browser) feels clunky in comparison.
And IE? Forget about it. It's almost physically painful to use at this point, though I've felt that way since I switched to Firefox around 5 years ago.
