Just curious...how many of you have taken some version of this test?  What was the result?  What do you think are the most dominant features of your personality?


Edit:  This has been an epic fail.  What if I link you to the test?
It doesn't actually give you the four letter mnemonic at the end, but it gives you the full word for each one. 

Extrovert=E
Introvert= I

Intuitive= N
Sensing= S

Feeling= F
Thinking= T

Judging= J
Perceiving= P

Ugh. 

You are creative and an excellent problem solver WHO has the endurance to get those tough jobs done.  There's also no antecedent for "those."

I think "those" refers to the "tough jobs" that need to get done. "Those" is perhaps an unnecessary word, used only to indicate that the reader should have some knowledge of what jobs qualify as tough.
