I remember DP and somebody else talking about this one time and saying they experienced really bad withdrawal symptoms.
Saturday I got really sick (headache, mild fever, bad nausea) for no apparent reason other than exhaustion and no caffeine since mid day Friday. I woke up Sunday morning and felt fine.
I had about 20 ounces of soda this morning and didn't sleep very much last night and started getting a headache about an hour ago. I just finished a can of soda and still feel tired but the headache is gone.
It isn't necessarily the soda. I'm not an expert or anything ont the subject.
I just get really tired, like ready to pass out no matter where I am tired. It begins with headaches and then you just can't help but lay down. Your head feels like a ton of bricks. It's only happened once or twice to me.
Caffeine withdrawals usually only come after an extended time without it, like 3-4 days with no contact with any large amount of caffeine.
