It took me a long time to recognize the word "miniseries." I kept reading it as "ministeries" or something and felt dumb for not understanding what you were saying.
I'm going to blame it on my exhaustion and not my idiocy.
There's an Orthodox Jew in my major (which is comprised of 25 people per year, so he's in more than a couple of my classes) and he brings everything back to the Jewish faith. It's quite annoying. He interrupted a Commercial Law lecture of 120 people to point out how the Jewish law is different than the English law on inheritance of bankruptcy. It had no relevance to the course or what we were talking about.
He's also a utilitiarian socialist, and was defending paternalism the other day in a different class.
