Sir Frank Bernard Dicksee. I dug this painting when I saw it awhile ago.

Danielle Anjou is probably my favorite sculptor.  Bobby Carlyle is good, too; I like his Self-Made Man.

where would one go to view such pieces of art? I haven't got a clue where to start. Really the only artist i like was Dali but upon seeing some of these pieces it has piqued my curiousity

Museums are a good place to start. Lots of art in museums.

If you're searching for a specific and famous artist, you'll probably be able to find his/her works online (and prints probably available for purchase).

museums are great, but most don't really feature alot of contemporary artists, and the ones that are featured i don't really care for. I plan on going to the Art Gallery of Ontario when it re-opens nov.14. What artists would you or anyone else recommend for a person who likes dali? Sculptures included.

I'm no art historian; I just know what I like and don't like. I am quite the dilettante.

On a completely unrelated note, another artistaday.com find was Dan-ah Kim.

If I had millions upon millions of dollars, I would commission an architect to design a house around that sculpture.

Would you live in a house like heller's or do you prefer the francon/keatling firm?

The Heller House sounded totally badass.

I'd also live in Roark's crystaline apartment building.
